Returns and Exchanges

PRODUCTS IN STANDARD SIZES AND COLOURS, ON STOCK

  1. You have 14 days to change the product with a different colour or size, if the product is clean and unworn. 

  2. All products must be sent back with an “OPEN ON DELIVERY” option. Any product that is not in a suitable condition for resale (the product was used, washed soiled or damaged) will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

  3. Transport costs charged on delivery will not be refunded in case of return.

  4. We will refund your money within 30 days using the same payment method. (or return the difference, if needed, in case of an exchange).
